Description: A 6 digit field that represents the date that the final administrative penalty order was entered (issued) and the administrative penalty amount was assessed. The final order will be issued by the appropriate EPA official. NOTE: In the case of a Class II administrative penalty order which is contested, the final order will be issued by the law judge or the judicial officer where appealed.
