Description: A 6 digit field that represents the date on which the respondent filed an appeal to an Administrative Penalty Order in district court (Class I), or a U.S. Court of Appeals (Class II) and provided notice of the appeal to an EPA administrator. This date may be obtained from the hearing clerks' records or the Office of Regional Counsel.
