Description: A three digit field representing the number of significant industrial users (SIUs) which were not inspected or sampled by the pretreatment control authority in the past year. (Note: The PCI suppli es this information as a percentage of all SIUs; multiply the percentage by the total number of SIUs (contained in SIGNIFICANT_INDUSTRIAL_USERS) to determine the correct value for this field.
