W13: We have been tracking all incidents with these types of chemicals and have been tightening up the procedures dealing with them. We have seen a decrease in such incidents as reflected in less hazardous waste disposal fees and amounts.

Source Reduction - Lear Corp. headquarters has insisted all its plants do better to lessen accidental spills involving these chemicals and we have responded to the challenge by doing so. Now we are even tackling hydraulic oil issues.
Source Reduction - By having a registered ISO 14001 plant, it is easy to see one of our top issues to track and work on involves any operation associated with TDI or isocyanates in general.
