Source Reduction - Reduced product mix which not only reduced the quantity of this material used but also decreased the number of cleanouts, waste and the water treatment of streams with this constituent to virtually nothing. Source Reduction - Employees at all levels seek ways to minimize change overs and cleanouts which create waste. Other Environmental Practices: Source Reduction - Dedication of byproducts from other streams which allows for more recycling in compatible products. Other Environmental Practices: Waste Treatment - Dedication of byproduct streams and improved preventative maintenance has reduced the amount of this material from the water stream that is treated. In 2015 this constituent did not enter the water treatment stream.
