Other Barriers to Source Reduction - Source reduction is not possible since firing range usage and firearms qualification for all law enforcementstaff is required by national policy. MOUs are also in place for other entities such as Arizona TCA and BorderPatrol, and US Marshalls to use our range for their qualification requirements as well.
