S44: The plant went to a 24x7 production schedule. Even with an economic downturn orders have remained somewhat steady and we find out staffing 5 to 10 operators short through the year. Working with trainers to cross train team members in the facility. Source Reduction - The site finds itself with a turnover issue in plant staffing. This turnover issue requires us to hire new operators and those operators create more scrap than experienced operators Source Reduction - Plant went to 24x7 operation.
