Reduce Etch/EP Tank alarms by 26% S25: The equipment is designed for all the condensate inside the modules drain back into the process tanks and the ventilation inside the modules is negative to outside, so when the room humidity goes up the moisture condenses inside the equipment and dilutes the chemistry (increases the conductivity). Because our process is constant voltage control, the power supplies have to increase the current to offset the increase in conductivity leading to elevated power supply faults. Which gets mitigated by changing the chemistry more often. S35: Removal of first in first out software constraints on Wet lines. Improved Wet line Utilization by 5.5% for Promus/Premier Stents and 16.1% for Synergy Stents |
