Source Reduction - All employees have been trained and participate in lean activities that results in efficiency and less waste
Source Reduction - Working with vendor regarding pumps and seals.
Source Reduction - Chromate departments have been renovated and material handling has been evaluated to prevent damage, contamination, and unneccesary spiillage that would result in any waste. All floor sweepings produced are immediately put into the processing tanks and not considered a waste.

Source Reduction - This production unit was redesigned to keep all production in one area to eliminate waste
2009 Source Reduction - Complete new unit running the old unit is being scrapped. Much more effecient.
2007 Source Reduction - This unit is being completely rebuilt to accomodate an increase in production and sales. Improvements to the wash waters, filtering techniques, bermed areas, and drying times have been improved. This has dramatically increase the housekeeping and potential for releases on site. Still in progress almost complete
