W23: Gelcoats and resins are completely used to ensure shelf-life requirements are not exceeded. W41: Resins with low styrene content are purchased as needed. Source Reduction - Audits completed to ensure product and parts supply Source Reduction - Monthly materials audits are completed to ensure products are used in a timely manner. Source Reduction - Management and employee involvement to determine product concentrations and requirements for the job. Other Environmental Practices - The facility has stopped recycling solvent onsite. All solvent sent offsite is fuel blended to other components for energy recovery. |

Source Reduction:: W41: Increased purity or raw materials
|
Methods to Identify SR Opportunities: T03: Materials balance audits
Methods to Identify SR Opportunities: T11: Other |
Source Reduction - The raw materials used for the process vary in percentages of listed and reported chemical. Where applicable, the facility will select chemical compositions where the listed chemical may be lower in concentration. This will vary from product to product and approved prior to use. |

Other Environmental Practices - Styrene is generated from the production of fiberglass products. The facility emissions will continue to be regulated. Blair Composites will adopt better work practices and good housekeeping standards that apply to all job positions so emissions will decrease in future reporting years. |
