W13: Maintenance has been tasked to improve their PM procedures involving the processes that use this chemical and they have responded accordingly. Source Reduction - We have a registered ISO 14001 Program and it also identified this chemical as a top issue for us to track and address and we have. Source Reduction - Lear Corp. has also asked us deal more effectively with these types of chemicals at all their foam plants and we have heeded the call. |

W42: Trying to add more Polyol and water to each formulation in order to decrease the amount of Diisocyanate N120 used by ~2% per cushion on average. Source Reduction - By meeting together as a team more often and trying to help each other out, he undertook this effort to assist the Mgt Team out.
