|
Barriers to P2: B6 - Pollution prevention previously implemented - additional reduction does not appear technically or economically feas - Safety and Environmental practies are a part of our manufaturing values. Very very small facility. Future changes may come from formulations that do not require as much or any of this material. |
|
2021 |
Other Barriers to Source Reduction - Tri emissions from the site are very very small and are dictated by the quantity of materials consumed on a pound per pound basis of products produced. Additional waste was generated this year as a result of a failed gasket. Mechnical Integrity and gasket slection was reviewed to minimize future failures. |

2020 |
Barriers: B3-No Information B3 - Concern that product quality may decline as a result of source reduction.
Barriers: B2-Barriers to P2 B2 - Require technical information on pollution prevention techniques applicable to specific production processes. |
Barriers to P2: B2 - Require technical information on pollution prevention techniques applicable to specific production processes. - Formulas are very specific any change has to be approved by customer. Formulate changes not only require significant cost and research on our part but it cause our customer to have to recertify their product. The certification process is also add great expense and uncertainty to our customers products. |
|
2019 |
Other Barriers to Source Reduction - The site is a very small site with minimal emission. Adding emissions controls systems would be economically unfeaseable |

2018 |
Barriers: B6-Barriers to P2 B6 - Pollution prevention previously implemented - additional reduction does not appear technically or economically feas
|
Other Environmental Practices - Where possible the site practices pollution prevention via energy consumption and raw material waste.
Barriers to P2: B6 - Pollution prevention previously implemented - additional reduction does not appear technically or economically feas - Very small site with very small quantity emission. Reductions would likely not be economically feasible. |
|
2016 |
Other Barriers to Source Reduction - Emission from this source are very minor in nature. Where possible emissions have been minimized. |
||
2015 |
Other Barriers to Source Reduction - TRI EMISSIONS ARE LESS THAN 1 TON PER YEAR. INSTALLATION OF ADDITIONAL CONTROLS WOULD NOT BE COST EFFECTIVE. |
||
2014 |
Other Barriers to Source Reduction - Given the minimal nature of release decreasing emission would be extremely expensive on a lb. per lb. basis. |
||
2012 |
Other Barriers to Source Reduction - The facility is not a major source and has made major improvements in its energy consumptions to lessen its burden on the environment. Reductions in this chemical would require major revision in the operations or reformulation which are just not feesible for this small amount of emissions. |
