Description: For reporting years beginning in 1991, the indicator that shows whether additional optional information on source reduction, pollution control, or recycling activities implemented during the reporting year or prior years has been attached to the submission. For reporting years 1987 through 1990, the indicator shows whether waste minimization data was reported on Form R and has since been archived. Values: 1 = 'Yes', 0 = 'No'', 2 = blank or not entered.
