Discharges to receiving streams or water bodies (Form R Part II Section 5.3)

UNINJ8795 -
Underground injection to on-site wells for Reporting Years 1987 to 1995 (Form R Part II Section 5.4)

UNINJ I -
Underground injection on-site to Class I Wells (Form R Part II Section 5.4.1)

UNINJ IIV -
Underground injection on-site to Class II through V Wells (Form R Part II Section 5.4.2)

LANDF8795 -
Disposal to on-site landfills for Reporting Years 1987 to 1995 (Form R Part II Section 5.5)

RCRA C -
Disposal to on-site RCRA Subtitle C landfills (Form R Part II Section 5.5.1A)

OTH LANDF -
Disposal to other on-site landfills (Form R Part II Section 5.5.1B)

LAND TREA -

DISP METALS -
The summation of a group of methods that can ONLY be used to dispose of metals off-site. The methods are:

      M40 Solidification/Stabilization (**)
      M41 Solidification/Stabilization
      M61 Wastewater Treatment (Excluding POTWs) (**)
      M62 Wastewater Treatment (Excluding POTWs)

      ** - Chemical must be a Type 1 Metal/Metal Compound or Vanadium (except when contained in Alloy)

      DISP METALS = (M40** + M41 + M61** + M62)

POTW METALS -
A method that can be used to dispose of metals off-site to Publicly Owned Treatment Works (POTWs). The method is:

      P91 POTW - Transfers to POTW (**)
