S25: Continuously trying to improve our process to minimize nitrate use and reduce our nitrate output. Source Reduction - Process improvements have been made that eliminate the use of nitric acid and improve our recycling system. As you can see no TRI Form R was submitted for Nitric acid this year. We have stopped using and this has improved our process. Source Reduction - Management performs audits to insure that equipment is functioning properly. Source Reduction - Management has implemented an ISO 14001 system that incorporates quarterly audits. This insures that equipment is functioning properly, employees are following procedure, and there are no environmental issues. Other Environmental Practices: Recycling - We are continuously monitoring our process to determine process improvements to make our recycling process more efficient. |
