Transfer to Disposal-Unknown
The "unknown" category of disposal indicates that a facility is not aware
of the type of waste management used for the toxic chemical that is sent
off-site. Therefore, EPA has categorized this method as the least
desirable type of waste management (environmentally least desirable) and
has included it as a type of disposal or other release for reporting
